The rooms were spotless, comfortable and had beautiful views. Breakfast was amazing but the best part was the staff. As a family hotel, the service was outstanding and we were given excellent recommendations. Amir was so attentive and helpful. Lovely hotel and staff. Brilliant location in a gorgeous area.

I have booked a junior suite room. It was really spacious, clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The location is fantastic, with every major attraction within walking distance. If you enjoy walking, you can visit Dolmabahçe and Taksim on foot as well, without using transport. I visited all the attractions on foot. Another huge plus is the exceptional service from the staff members. They are very professional, friendly, and supportive. Special thanks to Ahmet, Ömer, and Kasim, and thank you for the gift.

great location. you could reach everything by foot (attractions, ferry, restaurants and bars). wonderful staff that even arranged a surprise cake for my husband birthday and filmed it (thank you so much Sedat!). good restaurant with a fantastic view from last floor. wonderful bed with also great view (for sure better than the photos from the official hotel site). also thank you Harun for your aeroport shuttle arrangements . overall great value for money!
