The hotel is beautiful, right next to the spice market. All major attractions of Istanbul can be reached on foot within a few minutes. The staff is very kind and always ready to meet the customer's needs. We immediately felt at ease. Our room was tastefully decorated and the brick wall and barrel ceiling gave it an authentic feel. Excellent price quality. The terrace on the top floor with a panoramic view of the Golden Horn is also fantastic

The design, layout, restaurant areas, cleanliness, style. All very well thought of and created a very elegant atmosphere. We stayed here with our parents. We thoroughly enjoyed our interactions with the staff who were positive, helpful, happy, attentive, and gone beyond what is expected of hotel crew. Our special thanks to Yakup (super helpful from start to finish), Samet (service with a smile and his positive energy was greatly appreciated!), Valeria (genuine interest and desire to make our stay a perfect one!), Volkan (again great help and positive experience, fantastic people skills!), Ibrahim (what a great restaurant service! incredibly attentive!) AND all others we haven’t mentioned. The staff was the perfect extension of a beautiful hotel. Thank you again.

Smaller Bazar, but better prices than at the Grand Bazar.

Smaller Bazar, but better prices than at the Grand Bazar. Same rules apply, bargaining is the key. More diversified goods, some gold, lots of silver and lots of fake goods, but the good ones are also expensive, ranging from few hundreds to 1.000,00 €. Great furs, prices from 500€ and more.

Men here are very polite and they know service on a top level. First time I was here I was heartbroken and the Turkish men made me forget about my ex asap. You feel that the men takes care of you mentally and physically. I couldn’t carry heavy bags bc of my operation and was on heavy pills. They was really really caring! I found all I wanted and all I needed instantly. They’re not selfish at all, like many people now a days!

Another place where you wonder at the quantity of the products. The variety in any one actual spice is way beyond my experience. Lucky if I have the spice in the pantry let alone 6 types for different purposes.

Conveniently located—just a 15-minute walk to the train station, which is only two stops away from the Spice Bazaar (Egyptian Bazaar). You can also connect to other attractions using the station. You'll also find plenty of shops and dining options on the opposite side of the station because restaurants near the hotel are expensive. My family loved the swimming pool. Good house keeping. Issues raised were dealt with promptly. Supportive front desk.
