Uchisar Castle

Named after the hundreds of pigeon houses carved into the rock face, this maze of cone-shaped formations is a sight to behold. The hiking route stretches all the way to Üçhisar Castle, an epic rock-cut structure that overlooks the valley. Use the fortress as your compass point and follow the trail until Hasan’s Tea Garden – it’s a nice spot to sip a cuppa in the shade.

    The location is exceptional, right next to Uchisar Castle. The view is towards the castle and in the morning you can see the castle very beautifully at sunrise. It is very close to most of the tourist attractions in the area. The room is exactly as described on the website. The staff is very attentive and tries to give you all the attention. The hotel has parking.

    Location and hotel was great. Views of Uchisar Castle from restaurant were brilliant. Breakfast was substantial , we would have eaten about a third of the food. They give couples the same size platters as 4 people, too much food. They could save money by giving couples reduced amounts on the platter.

    This hotel is conveniently located near all the main attractions in Uçhisar, just 0.2 miles from Uçhisar Castle. It offers breathtaking scenery, with plenty of nearby cafés and restaurants boasting stunning views. The staff are exceptionally helpful, and the complimentary breakfast is excellent. Overall, the place provides a warm, homely atmosphere.

    It is located within the quite part of the uchisar but not so far from Uchisar Castle. Goreme town is about 15 min away. Rooms are adequately spacious, breakfast was good. Staff within the hotel was very courteous and helpful.

    Everything. Specially hospitality of the owner. Ferhat is so kind and helpful. He is really taking good care for his hotel and his guests. Room is cozy, clean, with everything you need it, bed is very comfortable, breakfast delicious and some really cute cats are around. From here is easy to reach Uchisar castle, take some trekks, like pigeon valley, white valley, etc....bus station from/to göreme or nevsehir is near by, so easy to go or come from, other places.

    It has an amazing boutique hotel experience. The best part was its location which is right at the base of Uchisar castle. More importantly the hosts Burak and Mustafa were super helpful! They went above and beyond to meet all our sight seeing needs and make us feel comfortable. The breakfast was probably the best we have had among all the hotels we stayed during our Turkey vacation. Highly Highly recommended!

    The hotel is super cute and cozy; the room was spacious and clean; Önder and Murtaza were very friendly and helpful with planning daily outings; the location was good, close to Uchisar Castle, very quiet; the breakfast was exceptional, lots of variety and fresh, with the best coffee I had in Turkey, the cutest kittens, and beautiful views from the terrace!
