Brio Hotel is definitely one of my favorite hotels in Taiwan. All the staffs are helpful and courteous. We were very pleasantly surprised the hotel provide good snacks: many different types of crackers but my favorite were delicious coconut crackers and chocolate ice-cream, all kind of juices, fancy coffee machine…all 24/7 and light appetizer for late afternoon and late evening with delicious chicken salad, spicy tomato angel hair pasta and few others. Another favorite was Brio bedding: softest and smoothest sheets I have ever encountered in Hotels. Location was excellent right by metro.

The hotel is new and clean. The rooms are stylish and cozy. The best part is they open up the 16 floor with some snacks and drinks for people who came earlier before the check in time. This is a great idea as most hotels just have the guests to wait at the lobby. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also very close to the subway and night market.

Great hotel. It is well-situated in the city centre. The room was very large, clean, with a shower and a bath. The staff was adorable and spoke perfect English, which is rare, in case you’re struggling with mandarin. The hotel offers a free laundry room, a space to work out and a free snack and drinks bar. I have nothing to complain about, which is also rare.

    I liked everything. It was so so clean, you could feel peace there. Also, it has beautiful views (12th floor). The staff was super helpful. The guy was so nice, he gave me some good spots for eating, not just in Kaohsiung, in Tainan too! The woman explained to me the rules and how all the stuff worked in a very gentle way. They provide earplugs and towels. It's located in Central Park station (Google maps is accurate) and you need to go through a passage to get to the lifts. I recommend it 100%, you won't regret it.

    Hotel is 5 mins walk to Central Park station Exit 3 for subway transportation. Exit 2 is where you can find the night market. You will find escalator to take your big luggage down to subway for airport from Exit 1.
