A slightly more expensive hotel where we stayed because reports of an approaching typhoon made us decide to look for a really good and safe hotel. Exceptionally for November, a typhoon was announced that seemed quite strong on the weather maps. However, by the day it was supposed to reach Taiwan, the typhoon had already weakened considerably and there was ultimately no problem anymore. The slightly more expensive hotel of course had very comfortable and large rooms with very large beds. The bathroom was equipped with a bath and a large shower cubicle. The room also has a kettle and tea. Funny thing was that in the evening we could not find all the switches to turn off the lights. One particular switch was hidden under a pillow on the bed 😊 Very large breakfast room with the most extensive breakfast buffet I have seen in Taiwan: Asian and Western dishes! Everything very tasty. When checking in, you choose a time slot within which you can have breakfast. The hotel is located 20 minutes walk from the train station: one long street with a sidewalk that has many small thresholds that doesn't make it easy for those travelling with a trolley. Very friendly staff at the reception who help with city maps and information on how to get somewhere. Ideal hotel for those who don't think it's too expensive.

Excellent service and super friendly staff. Location of the hotel is perfect, which is less than 10 minutes walk from the train station. We very much enjoyed the rooftop outdoor pool. Will definitely visit again if we ever go back to Tainan.

Very aesthetic and vibe-y space. Clean, modern, Aesop products, coffee shop, Aesop store and books available on the first floor. This is part hotel and part hostel (on separate floors), we stayed in the hotel portion and toured the hostel area. Both were very impressive.

    Near to the Tainan Station; around 150m. The room was big enough for a person and it's cheap! Check in at 3pm but you can drop off your luggage earlier. The bus stop was literally in front of the hotel. It's near to the Literature Museum & Chihkan Tower

    The hotel is located in the city center and it's close to the Chihkan Tower. The staff is nice and helpful: they gave us a list of all the traditional food and night markets to try in Tainan and they also helped us do the laundry. The room was big enough.

    Very big room perfectly clean and equipped 10 minutes walking from train station. Old city center is right behind the hotel and Chihkan Tower bus stop is just around the corner. Despite the busy surroundings, my room was very quiet and comfy. Very good value for money.
