It was very clean, building is very new (3 years) and staff was super helpful. We experienced some earthquakes there and felt safe. Parking fee was included. Hotel offers a wide variety of choice and is presented as pictures.

I would say it was a nice location because the area is quiet and peaceful. 7-ELEVEN beside the hotel which is super convenience for traveler. The room was quiet. Their breakfast was formidable! They served both Taiwanese congee, tea eggs as well as western food such as French fries and scrambled eggs. Comfortable and functional hotel with very helpful staff. Absolutely everything is at a prominent level. On one of the days parking was needed - no problem and it was provided free of charge.

It is an excellent hotel - friendly service, convenient location close to the train station, very comfortable rooms, good breakfast with a choice of meat and proteins to get you ready for the Taroko hikes. Would definitely stay here again

The people working here are very friendly. They will help you getting a taxi, searching for a store etc. The room is big and the bed sleeps great. It's clean and nearby good coffee shops, a mall and a lot of supermarkets. If we go back to Hualien we would definitely stay here.

    Room is lovely and cute ! Decorated with all the kids friendly facilities. Good for family traveller with kids. Owner very nice and friendly, able to provide us some travelling advice and allow me for early check in for our luggage into room. Great location for traveler who need to chase for early train coz just 5 mins walking distance to hualien railway station. Room is comfortable and big, like a mini playground in room. No noisy environment even is kids friendly homestay. Enjoyed every time back to room after long travelling.
