The breakfast was good - order the big breakfast most of the time. They were generous with the squid in the squid beehoon soup. The staff were very friendly. Place was clean. The rooms were also very clean and spacious, with no foul smell. Soundproofing was also great. We could not hear our neighbours talk. Only when they slam the door back.

The owners are so warm and helpful. The view from th rooms with balconies magical. The rooms brand new, tasteful and spotlessly clean. Great experience.

Beautiful views, from the room and especially the breakfast area on the third floor. kind and helpful staff, sparkling clean rooms, a little light on sound insulation but other guests were quiet so this wasn't a problem (and we expected it based on the building's location, age, and charm)

Very quiet, amazing views, super friendly host. We were very pleasantly surprised at how nice and relaxing this felt, tucked away between staircases and buildings just above the old street
