Amazing little hotel in the middle of Stonetown! Second time staying here, a true gem!

the whole ambience made me feel like i was in Zanzibar for the first time. It was paradise. The staff was great especially Ayubu - he took it upon himself to ensure that we were more than comfortable. definitely coming back for longer

What an absolute gorgeous gem of a hotel in Stone Town. Truly authentic building and decor and incredible bedrooms. I stayed in the ‘Kate’ room which was utterly delightful. Beautiful private terrace overlooking the town, enormous bedroom (beautifully decorated) and an open-air bathtub adjoining. Super private. Gorgeous to wake up in the morning and open the doors and feel the breeze filter through. Beautiful bed linen and towels (woven locally) and handmade soaps. If you are into aesthetics, then this is the place for you. I can’t say enough to rate the hotel. All the staff were absolutely delightful and super attentive (as a single female traveller it was very much appreciated). The Manager was extremely kind and friendly. Also organised a fantastic private tour of the town for me which was brilliant. The rooftop restaurant is to die for. The best, authentic and freshest of food I have ever eaten.The taster plate experience with sunset and cocktails was dreamy. Amazing views and ambiance. Didn’t want it to end! The Secret Garden restaurant is also absolutely worth a visit. I attended on a Friday evening when there was live music being performed. Truly magical. Again, the food was just amazing and the staff all super kind.

We liked everything. Nice decorated room, wonderfull breakfast, coffee, tea and water available. Staff was very kind.

we loved our stay at Antonio Garden. The rooms are super large and comfortable. The bar is very cosy and there are many cats to pet. The options for breakfast were endless.

The property is gorgeous, with great antique styling, clean and comfortable rooms, a great location outside of the chaos of Stone Town, but a 2 minute walk away, all around amazing hotel. And what made it even better was the staff, who were always incredibly friendly and very open to doing whatever necessary to make the guests feel at home, trying new recipes, etc. Absolutely recommend!
