I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Lviv Casino & Spa! Everything exceeded my expectations — from the welcoming and attentive staff to the elegant room and the outstanding breakfast (seriously, it’s a real highlight! The SPA area deserves a special mention. I had a massage session with Natalia — she is not only a highly skilled professional but also a great listener with a deep understanding of the human body and mind. I left feeling completely relaxed and uplifted. Highly recommend her if you’re visiting the SPA!

Staff and receptionist was wonderful. Upon my quick check in I was greeted and given a voucher for 2 glasses of champagne for fiancé and I. Location is right in the middle of Historic Lviv Center but doesn’t feel like your a normal hotel location, it’s very discreet entrance so coming and going is great and makes you feel like you’re really there. Twice I had issues with my work but the receptionist was more then willing to help me out by printing out a document and letting me sit in the cafe area (very quiet) in the day to get some work done. Cleaning staff as well made sure the room was spotless and even when I didn’t need anything cleaned they’d always offer their services or refills of water bottles. I’ve worked at a few hotels in the past and this hotel definitely has the friendliest staff I’ve met.

    Etno Hostel is nearby Lviv Railway station, which is really convenient if you travel by train. Also, I was checked-in closer to 01:00, so I thank staff a lot for understanding & showing flexibility. Lastly, the prices are great, I would definitely recommend staying there for a night if you’re traveling.

    Centrally located, with secure parking - even managed to park a fire engine. Walking distance to central gardens, restaurants etc. Also very short walk to a secondary Lviv railway station - possible to book and catch a sleeper to Kyiv. Staff really friendly. Happy to look after bags after check-out. Bomb shelter in basement, though you'd be unlucky to need this. There's no restaurant but there is a guest 'lounge' where you can prepare your own food
