The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The kids got little teddies upon arrival. They helped us with directions around the city and the rooms were extremely spacious. We will definitely be back!

Location! Staff! Room! Vibe! Sorry, I'll stop with the exclamation marks now. Seriously, this place is a gem. It's really close to two subway/CTA stations, it's in the heart of downtown Chicago, the staff were just lovely, and the whole atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. I loved all the little touches that made the stay a little bit extra; the free reusable water bottle, the water station in the lobby, Dash, the Pineapples Pup, the individual duvets etc. I would recommend Staypineapple to anyone. On a side note, as a solo traveller, I felt very safe in this hotel.

    This was great.

This was great. Even with a holiday weekend we were able to see everything. Did this on the CityPass and were able to see 2 of the movies. Bummed that the night the astronomy tower was suppose to be open it was too cloudly / dense fog so it was closed.
