Super location, fabulous hotel. very clean, comfortable and has everything you could ask for. the staff are exceptionally friendly and I can only recommend Ana to the highest regard. Ana made our check in process and any queries we had seamless. you could not ask for a better worker. she is excellent.

The front desk José was kind and helpful. They allowed me to check in early, which was awesome. There's no elevator, but there's a person to help me with my heavy luggage. Rosie and Mario were also lovely and helpful. The room size is a bit small, but I consider that to be okay for the price. There are lots of beautiful photos in the hotel. There's a free service of bicycles, I love it. L.A has a designated cycle lane so it's very safe. The location of the hotel is great, coffees, Restaurant and a supermarket close by.

    The best of all is the location. THE hotel is very close to the Shoreline Aquatic park and Aquarium of the Pacific. You can have a splendid morning walk in the park before aquarium opens. You can also drive along to nearby beaches. It is close to a lot of restaurants and shops too. Everywhere is within walkable distances. Hotel staff are very friendly and a little "market" in the lobby is quite convenient for you to grab a bite and some refreshments.

    Friendly staff, not to far from the Aquarium of the Pacific & LA Zoo. Friends met us there and we all traveled together. Did like that Starbucks was close since the creamer there was not good - powder sucks.

    Had room with view 14th floor I believe room 1014. We went for our 41st anniversary. You made the stay very pleasant. Was very close to the sight seeing and the places we visited Queen Mary and the Aquarium of the Pacific.
