The hotel room was very clean. Nothing better than clean crisp bed linen and towels at any hotel stay. The stuff were very kind and friendly, I really enjoyed the stay.

Breakfast was great, lots of variety and lots of high protein options. The on-site laundry facilities were great for my work trip. The check-in process was easy, and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating - even accepting parcels on my behalf that I needed sent to the hotel during my stay. Being close to lots of restaurants and shops meant that I was able to go and get dinner easily, I could access everything I needed, and I never felt inconvenienced. Additionally, free parking was a real delight! It made the stay even easier.
