This was our second stay already. The location is outstandingly good. Very central but just far enough off all the midtown craze. Close to central park and upper east side. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is great, coffee and water in your room everyday. Value for money is perfect for us given the quality and central location.

Fabulous location just around the corner from Saks and a few minutes walk to St.Patricks cathedral- walking distance to all the main tourist attractions. Lovely staff who answered all of our questions. Quiet, spotlessly clean rooms which were surprisingly large by NY standards. A modern hotel with nice decor. Just to note there is no restaurant on site which we knew before booking, plenty of options for food close by. Would highly recommend

The location was perfect for me to easily walk to client's office. Exceptional breakfast and wait staff were friendly and professional. Great value for money for a hotel in New York. Up market and ideal for conducting a breakfast meeting. Front desk staff and General Manager were very helpful in sorting out an issue I had with international adapters.

    So busy & packed with people, buskers & vehicles. Go downstairs to the amazing food gallery where you buy anything your tastebuds delight in. Buy a single something or an entire meal to either eat in or take away. It is so inexpensive & as fresh as you could imagine. Take your purchases across the Circle & eat in Central Park for a real buzz.

The towels and bed linings were clean and free of charge. (It was the second time we stayed there.)

    Excellent and very central location – only a 5-minute walk to Times Square, 15 minutes to Central Park (Columbus Circle), and about 15 minutes to Moynihan Train Hall and Madison Square Garden (with the Port Authority Bus Terminal right on 8th Avenue along the way). The reception always has two staff members available and willing to help. Very close to the subway on 50th Street – just a 2- minute walk. The hotel offers free WiFi, which works very well Perfect stay.
