Vacation home away from home. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The counter staff were polite and helpful in answering my queries (especially Olivia). The room was spacious for my family of 5 (including three teenagers). The living room and the bedrooms were clean. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils for a home-cooked meal. There is a bathroom jacuzzi tub for two pax, but we didn't have the chance to enjoy it. They also service the apartment every other day. The washing and dryer machine was a bonus to travel light. Wifi connection was fast and reliable. The location was incredible, and there was complimentary transport pick-up/drop-off service to the various major theme parks (Disney and Universal). The site is also within 10 min drive to the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlet.

Close to the Disney theme parks. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was amazing. We could see fireworks from Disney park from our room. Breakfast was great.

Great location, in between Disney and Universal parks. Strong value for money, with friendly staff, clean and spacious bedrooms and good equipment. Breakfast was okay but eating in cardboard plates and with plastic cutlery felt a bit off.
