Boulder City Dam Inn and the town are gorgeous and nice stay. Quality Inn looks nice too on bluff near Lake. Temple Bar Resort has VERY basic cabins with kitchen right on the lake beach in a great location, for young backpackers or RV families. We have been travelling 3 weeks and this is by far the best. And originally booked 2 rooms for 1 night and are now staying 3 in the historic are of Boulder City with lovely bars and restaurants all within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Easy to visit Hoover Dam, Lake Mead and Las Vegas. So clean and refreshing and a quiet location.
