We spent 3 nights here and it was very positive. Staff moved us to another room when I complained about crying baby and toddler in room above. Upgraded to a suite. Great hot breakfast with staff available to help out-dont forget to tip them. Staff from Monterey Fire Dept staying on site in case of local flood. Also was able to.walk to many restaurant options... nearby Thai restaurant great!

Good location, walking distance from the fisherman warf. The lady who did the check out was so nice and helpful, that she made me change my mind ( for good) about the staff
