We book at Sterling Inn because of the good review it has and the stay was beyond expectations. The hotel is very confortable and the best of all is the staff. We arrived very early in the morning and the receptionist change our room to a better one with a early check in. If we return to Niagara Falls we will certainly repeat in this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cannery Lofts Niagara, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Room: The room was immaculate and extremely clean, which I truly appreciated. It was also very spacious, with a kitchen complete with dishes and utensils, a big fridge, and a microwave. The room also featured a very large smart TV with subscription-based channels, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The shower was fantastic, offering a refreshing experience each time. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was very fast, making it easy to stay connected. Dining: While the hotel doesn’t have an in-house restaurant, the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. Service: The staff at Cannery Lofts Niagara went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Upon arrival, the reception staff showed me the room before I paid, just to make sure I liked it—a level of service I've rarely encountered. They were always available to assist with any request, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Location: The hotel is conveniently located just 10 minutes away from Niagara Falls by walking, making it easy to explore the area. There is plenty of paid parking space available, which is very convenient. Overall Experience: My experience at Cannery Lofts Niagara was outstanding. The cleanliness of the hotel, the well-appointed room, the fast Wi-Fi, and the professional staff made for a perfect stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Niagara Falls.

Me and my family stayed there for one night and it was perfect. Comfortable, clean and all the good things. Staff was amazing at check in and check out. Lisa and Adriana were VERY helpful and kind. 100% recommended.

You can see the top of the Canadian and American Falls from...

You can see the top of the Canadian and American Falls from the state park. The $3 hop-on hop-off trolley is a good way to get oriented to the park and decide where you want to go. The bathrooms are clean. You can buy tickets for the trolley and Cave of the Winds at the state park. The earlier you can get there, the better to avoid crowds. The Maid of the Mist boat ride is great (you can see the whole falls) but it is not part of the state park....tickets, etc. are separate from the state park. I had a hard time figuring that out just looking at the internet.
