Such a nice place to sit on the bench and see the boats plus excellent places to eat and shop! We took the trolley back to town as we had walked a long way. Its $ 5. 00 to take the trolley around town- it also goes to Ogunquit Beach, parking lots and then to Wells also.Guest review byLinda - 10.0

The rooms were huge and well kept. It had a balcony, which was lovely to sit out on. While very near to Perkins Cove, the hotel is a brisk 25 minute walk from the beach and the center of town. The food and drinks were great! The bar area and fire pit were excellent for relaxing and hanging out. The pool and hot tub were fabulous, the kids were in the pool all day. Nice, central location to downtown, the beach, Perkins Cove, and Marginal Way (walking distance or Trolly stop right next door). Rooms, lobby, pool area, bar area, every where extremely clean.
