The hotel is positioned in a great place, close to the turistica harbor and many restaurant on the pear. The courtesy at the reception was excellent (Johanna in particular) even because we were coming from a long trip with delayed flight. and we enjoy a lot our stay. The market place in the hotel is convenient for the 10$ bonus per night of the hotel end the espresso coffee it is also really acceptable.

    The ship's history. My grandfather was one of the 16,000 ppl who took the Queen Mary home. Margaritas on the Mary were delish and fun. The free passport shuttle to downtown and water taxi back $5.00. The clam chowder in the Chowder House was top-notch! If you want this 5-star hotel with modern furnishings, this isn't for you. This is an authentic upscale stay as if you were back in the 30s.

    Room was spacious (for us and our luggage) with wonderful view of Long Beach and waterfront. Saw dolphins and seals swimming by. Beds were comfortable and large enough with sufficient bedding to suit the weather. Buffet breakfast gave many choices and the servers were very attentive. Other cruise ships docked at the rear of the Queen Mary.

    Wonderful hotel at the harbour nearby the Yacht Marina and the Queen Mary. Nice restaurants around. Well kept rooms. We stayed three nights and felt very comfortable.

    Lovely hotel in a fabulous location. We had an amazing view of the Queen Mary from our window. There was a cafe area in the lobby that sold lovely take away breakfast items. We made use of this and had breakfast in our room, with coffee from our bedroom coffee machine.
