I very much enjoyed staying here, I booked same day and was checked in immediately, staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable, water pressure was great, bed was comfy, 10/10 would definitely stay here again on a spontaneous overnight trip.

The warm breakfast was healthy, and the room was really comfortable. I arrived after a long, beautiful Amtrak train journey from Oregon and asked if I could leave my luggage before checking in later in the afternoon. But the staff member on that Friday morning was really helpful: she looked for an already empty room and offered me this as an alternative to my booking. Really appreciated as it was a strangely windy and cold day for San Jose! There was some good food nearby at San Pedro Square.
