The staff were exceptionally helpful and always friendly. The room was cleaned every two days. Facilities inside the room were great, from the fitted kitchen with everything you might need, to the washing machine and dryer. The apartment was roomy and each of the two bedrooms had a large bathroom. The two pools were large, clean and both had lifeguards. There were loads of chairs and loungers. Activities were ongoing all day.

SeaWorld Orlando

    When decide to visit this park, check first which attraction is open. We was tricked and when visit this park to have some good rides, 2 of very desirable one was closed. Manta rollercoaster and Atlantis was closed with no info given - and we pay full price. Not happy with Seaworld.

    Dont bother getting priority seating for the Dolphin show.

    Dont bother getting priority seating for the Dolphin show. You can get seated right next to priority seating with no change in view or experience. The show by itself is extremely scaled down now. The seal show in the evening is much more entertaining and a must watch with lots of comedy and action.

    Haven’t been back for almost 20 years.

    Haven’t been back for almost 20 years. Was educational this time around, maybe because I am older now and more attentive. The Christmas lights and the fake snow made an adult felt like a child again. We took a lot of pictures/videos, and playing in the fake snow. We were exhausted but had fun.

    Attendt was extremely rude to out daughter that has autism about mask...Sea World has always been her "relaxing" spot and because she wasn't/isn't able to wear a mask we were asked to leave...we are annual pass holders will not be renewing

    Wonderful experience, but be prepared for longer lines and wait times at park entry and restaurants due to COVID. Getting the all-day food pass may not benefit you since the smaller "convenience store" type locations don't take it. Mostly restaurants, which had super-long wait times. The all-day meal pass gives access to food every hour, but we were only able to eat twice due to the wait-times (we were there from 12pm - 8pm).

    Even with the face mask rules, it's still very enjoyable. Better during the week days than on weekends. The crowds were minimal when we visited on Thursday and Friday. PREFERRED parking when it's available, just don't arrive after 11am!

  • Our family enjoyed the Universal parks.

    Our family enjoyed the Universal parks. Spent the majority of the time at Universal Studios because we love the movie themed rides. We the ventured over to Island of Adventure for the Harry Potter themed rides and we all loved the butter beer. We love going to the Orlando Parks. We get passes for each park every year. Last year we did Seaworld and we had a fantastic time. The year before that we visited frequently the Disney Parks.
