Honestly it was amazing - the breakfast was a great nice to have and it really made our stay better. We loved that every day our room was clean and towels were changed. Staff was also very nice and I loved that at the lobby there was tea and coffee all day. We loved taking a tea before going to bed. I'll definitely recommend it!

Me n my family love the hotel it was very clean the water park was awesome my granddaughter loved it. We r planning on going back very soon . The staff was awesome no complaints from us at all. We had a little issue with the toilet it had a leak on the floor I called the front desk within minutes the maintenance guy came a fix the issue. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed here to escape Hurricane Ian. This hotel is very very clean, comfy beds and staff are very helpful. Pleasant and patient, The front desk staff were very genuine. Housekeeping was very efficient when we needed extra towels. The breakfast is very good, lots of variety. I think we picked a great hotel to ride out the hurricane!

The themed rooms are great, and the kids loved our stay at 'Hogwarts'. The area felt safe and location was good for us to explore the areas of Orlando we wanted to. Andrea was very responsive to my queries and all in all a great host.
