Get there early!
Get there early! We arrived at 9:30 and went up in the 5th elevator! It was busy but wait was minimal. Let them know if you have disabilities because the line to get between top 2 floors is long and they ask mobile people to use the stairs. For For those frightened by heights, I am too, but people with motorized scooters were driving on the glass floors. It's expensive to go up (at midday it costs $75 for 2 tickets) and while it's a nice view, it's just a nice view! There are pictures you can get at no extra charge and there is an extensive gift shop at the bottom that has souvenirs for everybody. I was upgraded to a suite, which was nice. The room was really big, with a separate door to the bedroom and bathroom. It was nice to have such a big room. I liked that in the bathroom there was a real bath mat, like you would have at home. That was a very nice touch that I appreciated. The view of the Space Needle was nice, and the elevators were very fast.
