We came to NYC for an anniversary trip and could not have chosen a better hotel. Super clean, comfy beds and pillows. Our room had a coffee maker, we requested a tea kettle and they immediately obliged. The location was unbeatable, you're right on the fifth avenue and literally a 10 min walk to all main attractions (MOMA, Times Square, Broadway, Summit One etc.). Subway station is really close too They don't serve breakfast but have so many cute little bakeries and cafes around that you would really want to try those anyway. Elevators are quite fast. The service was wonderful and staff is absolutely fantastic, always helpful, friendly and greeting you with a smile. We loved every minute of out stay. Thank you for making our trip so special.

I loved this hotel! Our room was huge, there was tons of storage available, desk, tables, a sofa - I could easily have lived here for months, so for a week it was luxury. The neighbourhood couldn’t be better, close enough to everything but away from the more frantic areas near Time Square. The housekeeping staff was outstanding. This was our last stop after two months travel, staying at over 2 dozen hotels. The beds here were absolutely the most comfortable! The room had all the amenities o e could want and they very generously replaced water, Nespresso and tea daily. I would happily stay here next time I visit NYC.

I recently stayed at The Chemists Club Hotel with my girlfriend and had an absolutely incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch—every staff member was warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make our stay special. The room was beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable, still smelling fresh because the whole hotel just went into renovation. The attention to detail was impressive, from the luxurious bedding to the thoughtful amenities provided. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore manhattan, next to Grand Central. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations, and we can’t wait to return and we will be back here for sure.

    My husband and I were walking to the church when I lost my...

    My husband and I were walking to the church when I lost my wallet, so we never saw it. We went back to the hotel and they told me what precinct to go to. I filled out he paper work so I could get on the plane to fly home. As I was leaving two police officers walked in and then a police officer was calling my name. My wallet had been turned in. Everything was in it and it had only been 45minutes. Amazing. I love New York.

    A beautiful place to visit, even if you are not catholic (or...

    A beautiful place to visit, even if you are not catholic (or religious ) but wish to admire the incredible art of gothic architecture . Keep in mind, it IS a house of worship, so visitors ARE expected to conduct themselves with quiet reverence while visiting. We happened to come in JUST IN TIME for mass (service) , so we stayed and celebrated the mid-day mass. (30-40 minutes). We are catholic, so it was nice!
