I think they should tell you when booking the reservation that the pool is being completed-done! In the middle of summer in Texas! Then, I get a room on the floor overlooking the drained pool and deck to make it worse! Elevators are real slow. Bar sucks.Guest review bySandraUnited States - 6.0
Just isn't what it use to be.
Just isn't what it use to be. I use to shop at the Galleria several times a month back in the early 2000s actually since the 80s as a kid but as an adult the 2000s. The place feels like an outlet mall now. Even the high-end retailers don't have the same feel or level of service they once had. I rather shop online and do curbside. Sad because it use to be fun shopping and establishing relationships with store associates that you could count on regularly for assistance. Not anymore.Guest review byNicoleUnited States
