Hotels near Union Station, Los Angeles

The hotel was super clean, staff were friendly, and there's parking available. The mattress, pillows, and bedding were amazing!

The bathrooms were clean, the bed was very comfortable, and I really liked the location because there were many bars, restaurants and shops to explore.

The receptionist Masuma was very friendly.

I loved this place. This is a micro pod style room, so couples take note. For one person, this room is the ideal size. Everything was just perfect. I loved the iPad in the room that controls everything and if you don’t want to use their iPad you also have the option of using their app on your phone. With the app you can tailor just about everything in the room from the lighting to the temperature. Their self check-in and check-out was also quick and foolproof, but there’s also staff around to help you if you’re struggling. I didn’t like the first room that I was assigned and a staff member helped me change it. The lobby was also so nice and beautifully designed. It seemed like a very social place with lots of people just hanging around (there’s also a bar), so if you were a solo traveller I feel like it would offer a good opportunity to meet others. I didn’t as I was only staying one night. I really wished that I could have stayed longer and was glad that I’d switched to this hotel. The hotel that I’d originally planned to stay at was more expensive and although the room larger, it wasn’t nearly as nice as this one, as I’d already stayed there at the start of my trip, but just didn’t like it at all.

The staff was amazing and made my daughter’s bday very special. Highly recommended
