The rides are very good - a couple really showing their age now and weren’t as much fun, but newer ones making up for that. I’d love to see more made of the Simpsons and Minions areas as they’re very creative. If you’re vegetarian or have any special dietary needs don’t bother with food here, all of our group said it was disappointing and basic. A LifeLong Local RideShare Driver Informed on Islands of Adventure is Far Superior than Disney for 11+ Year Olds. So our fami ly changed plans and what an incredible tip she gave us. We had no idea any roller coaster theme park existed 10 minutes from Downtown Orlando and our Disnet Hotel was nearly 45 minutes from downtown in Kissinmee. Great park. Lots of thrill rides with limited wait times. You can mobile order food and get seated at the 3 Broomsticks and not waste time in line. Food came fast. You are also able to ride thrill rides more than 1 time a day if you use the app. It lists wait times and u can plug in and get notified when a time wait that you want comes into your time slot so you are not waiting and wasting your day standing in lines. This was our 1st trip to Universal.
This was our 1st trip to Universal. We bought 2-park season passes. We loved the ease of going from park to park. We got to see lots of characters and take pictures with them and get their autographs. We loved collecting the different souvenir pennies throughout the park.
