We arrived late and were easily able to check ourselves in with instructions we received prior to arriving. The hotel itself is gorgeous inside & out and is a well-preserved window into the past. The old-fashioned room keys and wood finishes are a very nice touch. Our room was really cozy and adorable. We had all the amenities we needed. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and the woman serving the food was very friendly and helpful. We couldn't even hear the people staying in the rooms next to us (except when they closed their doors or walked by), which was nice.
