The hotel just has a fabulous location. It was great to be in NYC during the Thanksgiving holiday and be just a block from Saks Fifth Ave, a block from the parade and walking distance to many attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very kind with excellent service, too. The only improvement ı can think of is complimentary coffee at the lıbby in the morning for those who do not have access to the Owners’ lounge.

the biennial is not to be missed if you want to stay current on contemporary american art. prepare to be surprised, awe struck, horrified, confused and thrilled. unlike moma’s “everything the artist ever did” exhausting blockbusters, the whitney’s special exhibits are thoughtfully curated. expect the unexpected and expect to learn and see something you didn’t know.
