We have a wonderful holiday at Hanoi especially staying with Salute Premium Hotel. The service staff there were simply awesome. Luna, Sue and their team made us feel special and at home. They take care us like family members. Luna speaks excellent English too, kudos to you 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 Breakfast is excellent as they will have some different dishes daily. We enjoyed the spread between local delight, bread and some drinks that chill in the chiller. The young man that serve at breakfast place is very friendly and always ask what we need with a smile. The breakfast place is not big in term of space, however just love their design which make it so cosy and comfortable. Aircondition in the room is excellent and bed come with super comfy comforter. We had a good rest and all needs is well taken care off in term of ameties. In conclusion, we are fufill and satisfied and it doesn't cost you a bomb to enjoy the stay at Premium Salute Hotel. We highly recommend to experience your stay with them 😉

The bed was excellent and very comfortable compared to any 5 star hotel, All staff are accommodating and helpful. Near to train station, most of landmarks, just ask what you need to do and helpful desk/ concierge/ receptionist will help you right away.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Extremely friendly and helpful staff, beautiful interior in rooms and common areas, soft and comfy beds, very clean. Breakfast is also amazing - you get both a buffet and ordering from a menu at no extra cost. The hot jacuzzi and bar on the roof (13th floor) is just dreamy - perfect for chilly winter evenings.
