The room was nice and clean, super spacious as well! We arrived after a long day of travelling and the staff were so welcoming and helpful! Gave us a map of where to find good food and things to do nearby. They wouldn't let us carry our bags and were super helpful with absolutely everything! Also the breakfast was delicious and you can order hot food made fresh as well!

The room was very clean and spacious with the high ceiling. All the staff was superb! Especially Evelyn helped us a lot when one of my friends got sick. Thanks to her great assistance we were able to continue our travel. We will definitely come back here when visiting Hanoi again.

Amira Hotel made my stay with my family memorable and fun! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. This hotel is in a good location in the old town and the rooms are very comfortable. Furthermore, the staff were excellent, especially the ladies working in the lobby and the staff working in the restaurant! They were very kind and helped me a lot. We received welcome drinks and food right after arrival, while being explained everything there is to know about the hotel. Room was very clean, maybe a little bit small but still nice. We could store our luggage at the reception after checking out and what’s even better we were offered to take a shower before our long trip home on the evening when we picked out luggage. On the moment of our departure we were surprised with sudden, extremely heavy rain and the staff helped us to get to the taxi while getting completely wet themselves. Amazing customer care!

    The location is excellent. It's in the heart of the city centre making it very convenient to reach most tourist attractions. The Night Market is just two minutes walking distance and Dong Xuan Market is a 7 minute walk away. Plenty of small restaurants around the hotel offering a variety of food as well as many street food stalls. The Front Office staff (Stewie and Mint) are very friendly and ready to help. The room and washroom were very clean and well maintained. A great place to stay!!

    The Sono hotel is in a great location. I can walk to everywhere, just 5 minute walk to egg café, dong xuan market, bun cha,.. Staff at the hotel were super good and friendly. I forgot my shirt at the hotel and they kept it there for me till I return. They also booked the day tour to ninh binh and halong bay for us. The tour was very nice: good food, friendly tour guide, small group.
