Everything is Just perfect. Nothing was too much trouble . The breakfast was amazing . And the staff were so kind and helpful , my husband got sick in Hanoi and we travelled to Hoian and he became worse . They really took care of us at this hotel and made sure we’re were comfortable and had a doctor on stand by . Exactly what you need/want when you are in a Crisis. They were incredible . Would defo stay again 🙏♥️

It was a fabulous trip to Hoi An and specifically to the hotel. About the hotel. New, cosy, beautiful with an authentic spirit. I lived in a signature suite with a balcony and in the most beautiful room in Indochina. Both are perfectly equipped, but Indochina is stunningly beautiful!!! I stayed))) for one day. Now about Staff. Very friendly and responsive. Everyone is smiling and ready to help. But I want to mention especially Lily, she's the reception Supervisor Lily helped with any request, answered any question, gave recommendations. She's very professional! I thank every employee of this hotel. I will definitely come back! Happy New Year and all the best!

The place is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!! The room was sparkling clean, gave a bit of a luxury feeling, maybe because was brand new hotel, or just renovated (not sure). The host was super friendly, helped with information, also provided in some cases drop off to the town, if u visit his clothes shop (my gf bought great dress from there, price a bit high, but quality was excellent). The chose a hotel that will be between the old town and the beach, so that we can go easily to bought, also wanted to be away from the crowd. Was extreamly easy to book a taxi (Grab app) and is just few minutes from the old town. We would def stay again, if we come back to Hoi An!

Everything amazing! The staff is awesome, the food was really good, beautiful and comfy room and balcony, tea and delicious coffee all the time available. Best hotel in Vietnam! Highly recommend:)

We have been very well received by the staff upon our arrival, especially Mrs. Dzung. She was very kind and helpful. She shared with is evey information about the city and the activities that could be done on Hoi An and Da Nang as well. Also, we really appreciated the free access to bicycles that permitted us to discover the Old Town and the beach with a different way. The breakfast was also very generous and tasty, another reason why we have chosen this hotel.
