We really appreciated the view from the 9th floor. The roof bar next to the pool was fancy and provided great view for the whole sourounding area. And the drinks where actually quite good. The lady at the front desk was incredible polite and clear. The lobby is beautiful. The breakfasts with the street view were served with care. We had a choice of classic European or Vietnamese snacks to grab. And the coffee (american style) was really tasty. There is only 5min walk to the train street that is really worth visiting while train is passing by . The location is one of the best - Old Quarter is within 2 nin walk. We truly enjoyed ty the stay

The staff was amazing and so accomidating. I’ve never met someone like this at an hotel. Tracy (<3) was so sweet and helpful and Luna was amazing. I missed the name of the guys who was so sweet also but I think it was Henry, Daff and Bee. They helped out with us wanting to have a late check out even though the hotel was fully booked and they called and booked a time for me om a specific nail saloon. Very nice. The breakfast was yummy too, and the lady taking orders was sweet and so helpful.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. We really liked the location of the hotel, which remained in a quiet area, but at the same time was only a 5-15 minute walk from the main attractions, such as the old quarter, the prison museum and the train street. Special thanks to Huy who made the stay at the hotel extra pleasant. We will definitely visit the hotel again. :)
