Great experience! Thank you to all the staff for their excellent hospitality. We are a group of 3, traveled to Hanoi during rainy day. The staff made us feel I’m better with their warm smiles and helpful attitude. We were craving food at midnight, and they kindly managed to order some for us. This made me feel like I was at home, not just in a hotel. The room was thoroughly cleaned, the new pillows and blankets were very comfortable. We decided to stay one more night because of the exceptional service. Thanks for us.

I have stayed at many branches of this hotel chain. This hotel is really good. The staff, from the security guard to the receptionist, are very friendly, especially the female staff at check-in (I don't remember her name) One special thing is that there are 2 A25 hotels located next to each other. I was a bit confused and went to the A25 Hotel next door, but the staff enthusiastically supported me to move my luggage and escort me to the correct hotel.
