First, we have to disclose that we have stayed at the Hanoi Lheritage Diamond Hotel some time over the past six months. It is very difficult for a hotel to keep the service level at a high level over time but this hotel has managed to do that.The staff is very attentive and friendly, rooms are clean and nicely appointed, the location cannot be beat and the food in the restaurant is the best selection and quality in the Old Quarter. The breakfast which is a nice variety of fruits, salads, breads, etc. to start your day in Hanoi. We love seeing our welcoming friends at the Lheritage Diamond and look forward to our next stay.

One of the best hotel during my Asia tour (10 countries on South and East Asia). Staff is very kind, welcome drink, goodbye drink, helpful, arrange everyhting for the guest (eg. Manicure was not available at the hotel but they were ready to manage appointment outside). Room is perfect, very newly furbished, renovated and nicely decorated. The restaurant on the top is more than perfect, i ate the most delicous dishes here. Breakfast is also on wide range -, asian, international, nicely served, really very good. Roof top bar is brilliant and have dinner there during the evening is a very joyfull😊 Also massage is highly recommended, very talented masseures. Really i can just offer this hotel, next time , i will choose again.

Nice hotel, great location, friendly staff. Jay and Henri were always of great help. We also booked a Halong bay trip with them. Great value for money overall. P.S. when arriving look at the address and not the name, it goes with the (i guess) old name the noble swan or smth
