This was my first time in Vietnam from Turkey and Hanoi was my first stop. I was a little worried because I would be alone for 2 days. But all the staff were so helpful that I felt at home. The breakfast was great, the staff even translated the menu into my language and showed it to me. The location of the hotel is right in the heart of the Old Quarter. When we returned to the city after our stay in Ha Long, they let us keep our belongings there until we went to the airport and waved us off to the taxi and gave us a coffee as a gift. I have never seen such hospitality anywhere in the world as in this hotel.

The staff is amazingly nice, from checkin to checkout.They not only do their job but they go beyond it, always ready to help with information or just a smile to cheer your arrival. You can clearly see they all love their job and also they are great hoteliers. I have travelled extensively in all Asia and I think The Noble Swan is one of the best stay you can have. Conveniently located in the city center, it has SPA. Moreover the room has everything you need, nice decor and the bed is super comfy.
