I cannot fault this hotel. It is stunning fit out of what looks like an historic building. Superbly clean. The bed was so so so comfortable - the best sleep I’ve had in SEA; and the staff were incredible. Without being overbearing they went to every length to ensure our stay with Eden, and Sapa, was unforgettable. I had a rip in my skirt, and they insisted I give it to them, and they mended it with love, for free. The breakfast was tasty and substantial.

Everything was great! Nice breakfast, excellent spa, good location, friendly staff. Only negative was the skybar, where the ice coffee was not that great. The view from the skybar was amazing, though.

I had an amazing stay at Bamboo Sapa Hotel, and their hospitality truly exceeded my expectations. I arrived at the hotel early in the morning, around 8 AM, and was immediately welcomed with warmth and kindness. Julie, one of the staff members, noticed that I was freezing and generously lent me her hand heater—such a thoughtful gesture that made all the difference in the chilly Sapa weather. The hotel also provided a shower room, allowing me to freshen up before check-in, which was incredibly convenient after a long journey. On top of that, they offered a **complimentary herbal bath and sauna**, which was the perfect way to relax and warm up after exploring Sapa. It was a unique and rejuvenating experience that added so much value to my stay. Throughout my time at the hotel, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, frequently checking in to see how I was doing. Julie, in particular, was incredibly hospitable **from the moment I arrived until my last day**, making sure I had everything I needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Her kindness and attentiveness truly made a difference. As a solo traveler, feeling safe and well taken care of is essential, and Bamboo Sapa Hotel delivered on all fronts. The combination of **great facilities, warm hospitality, and thoughtful gestures** made my experience in Sapa even more memorable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!

    The hotel is very close to sun plaza, about 200m from the hotel. It has the view of the mountains.What I really like about the hotel is the front desk staff especially Anthony. I want to thank Anthony for his excellent service, making our stay so much comfortable and help us with transportation because we are in a big group. He really made us feel comfortable and even contacted us after we checked out to make sure we arrived in Hanoi safely.

    We loved the location the hotel is set in. The rooms we booked had beautiful view of the sapa mountains and sun plaza.. The rooftop view is also very beautiful and the setting is amazing to just sit and relax or wind down after a long day. The spa services are also very convenient, clean and relaxing. The staff is very friendly, hospitable and helpful. The rooms were spacious and well cleaned. The fruits and food served were also very fresh and delicious.

    The rooms have an amazing view of the mountains and are clean, spacious and comfortable. It's a nice hotel with a good service. For breakfast a large variety of food is offered. The staff was friendly and helpful. The city center is near, including the Sun Plaza Sapa station for going to the Fansipan mountain.

    Loveee the scenery. The staff is also nice and very helpful. There is no halal food for breakfast but thats okay. You find another halal restaurant at town. The hotel is walkable to Sun Plaza and Cat Cat Village. INDIGO room have a really big space. Veryy recommended.

    I like my overall stay in sapa. The owner are very friendly. They let us checkin early when we arrive at 6 am with no extra charge. The place is just infront of Sun plaza going to fansipan. They always clean and change the bath towel everyday even if we don't tell them to clean the room.. television smart tv is also ok with cable tv and lots of channel. Beside the hotel are restaurant with cheap foods. We also check out late and only charge us 1/2 the price. Definitely be back at this hotel when we go to sapa. Highly recommended.

    The hotel staff are friendly and attentive to our needs. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Overall hotel interior is nice and comfortable to be in. It’s fairly situated near Sun Plaza and other eateries (within 5 minutes walk from hotel). There are many massage parlours around the hotel and a mini mart right beside the hotel. Hotel breakfast is decent but smaller than expected.

    Good and friendly service, Staff can speak English. Great breakfast spread comes with room. Easy access, convenient and good restaurants in town. Walking distance to city centre, Sun Plaza, Ham Rong park, Moana, Cat Cat village and had a great view of the terrace paddy field valley. We can see Fansipan from our room window. Hotel also has a spa and massage in B3 called Lavendar Spa. We did the full body massage and it was good and inexpensive. Must try.

    Everything was excellent. Stayed 2 nights with my family in the family room no.101. Cleanliness was good. Buffet breakfast was good. Services were very good. Helpful and friendly staff. The location was perfect, and nearby, many restaurants were available. Famous Sun Plaza is just 3 minutes walking. Air-conditioned did not warm perfectly. The shower water drainage system should be improved. Electric blanket should be provided for further improvement. Otherwise, it's a very good hotel indeed.
