Very high level of service. Attentive staff, offering refreshments at several occasions without charge, offering a small bag of water and snacks for our trip onwards. Everyone had good english skills. Our family room was spacious and had a very nice view with very large windows to two sides. Breakfast was good aswell, many options.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, it’s away from the Main Street which is only a couple of minutes walk away. It’s very quiet, and staff are very friendly and helpful. We rented decent bikes from the hotel for very cheap. The AC was fantastic! The pool was a great way to relax and you can definitely relax here! We would definitely stay here again!

Nah was the best host, so kind and accommodating and an excellent cook, the rooms and beds super comfortable. Great location. Unfortunately it rained the whole time we were there but Nah looked after us and we worked from the homestat and she even cooked us some lunch and dinner when we did want to go out.

Beautiful location with friendly and helpful hosts. Stunning views and comfortable beds. A short walk into town. Very convenient location for a bicycle ride. Additionally, the breakfast was excellent.

Great accommodation in a beautiful area of Tam Coc. There are a lot of natural beauties around to visit. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the pool was amazing to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The host is kind and helpful, she organized everything we needed, from the luxury cruise in Ha Long bay to the trips in the area. The bikes for exploring the area are free of charge which is very convenient. I would definitely come back to Tam Coc Galaxy if ever in the area again.
