The view and the surrounding area of Halong bay was absolutely amazing! All The staff extremely nice and friendly, special thanks to Kieu that helped me with everything, orientation, the bike and my sore foot. The location was superb in a residencial, elegant and beautiful area, away from pollution and the noisy city. After a one night cruise on Halong Bay, I wanted to stay and enjoy the view of the islands longer rather than heading straight back to Hanoi, so we booked this hotel for one night. We booked a 'Queen room with a sea view', and the view was EPIC. The rooms on floors 16 to 18 have floor to ceiling curved windows. We knew it would be good, but the view was still staggering. We had one window like this in the bedroom, and another one in the bathroom, so we each had a bath with the best view ever. I also booked this hotel because of the beach. There were a few friendly people giving swimming lessons to little children with lifeguards, but otherwise it was very quiet and easy for swimming. The room was big and immaculate, and staff were always clean to help. Overall, the facilities were grander than I expected. There is also a cool cafe and bar round the corner, called Da Bong (football).

The staff were so welcoming and always happy to help and accomodate our every need. From the moment we walked in they were very accomodating with everything. Would highly recommend the accomodation is central with lots on offer. The rooms weee very clean and the rooftop bar was amazjng perfect place to end the day with a cold drink music filtered in the background and a pleasant atmosphere
