The hotel was awesome and located in a great spot. We enjoyed the level of service most. A beautiful young lady named Hailey was a godsend - she assisted with everything (Travel, Excursions, Food, Currency). She contacted us via WhatsApp and would even stay on top of things whilst she was off-shift. She made our time in Ha Long Bay so much easier.

Well I was in the presidential suite to say the least! I found the place beautiful & quiet as I’d had several long journeys on my motorbike so excellent stay. The family host were the best in every way. The breakfast was Vietnam at its best with yumo pho .
