Absolutely fantastic experience, 10/10. Overall, the hotel has nice interiors and is very clean. The room is clean, cozy and has a comfy bed. Very quiet even though it’s right in the middle of the old quarter. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had at an hotel. A nice mix of vietnamese and western cuisine. A few of the dishes changed each day, so you could always try something new. The roof top bar is fantastic, great cocktails and a nice view. The best place to relax after a hectic day in Hanoi. What really makes this hotel stand out though is its staff. Just wow. They are so friendly and helped us with everything from restaurants, to getting us tickets to see a football match and arraging day trips. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so welcome in an hotel before. Thank you so much to all the staff, especially Lucas and Jenny, but also Charles, Peter and Leo.

Great staff, very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very comfortable and clean. Great location in the city center close to lots of nice restaurants and main city attractions. Good breakfast with lots of options. Very good value for money.
