We enjoyed our stay here, the location is really good, walking distance to the major attractions. Breakfast was really good, with both local and international dishes, plenty of options. The room was quiet, although the hotel is on a busy street. All staff was very kind and helpful, and especially the reception staff, Jenny, Charles, Leo and Liam. They helped us with our luggage, booking taxi, calling tour agencies. I totally recommend this hotel :)

The staff, especially Ms Huyen, was so helpful from the minute I made online booking, till we arrived, and even after we left. We were moving around Vietnam, and left some luggage at the hotel before and after our booking dates, and she made sure all was taken care of. She also checked on us regarding our movements to ensure all was alright. Such a kind gesture of hospitality service. Thank you!

The staffs are really nice...from the receptionist, she always ask anything that she could probably do for us to be more comfortable. The little lady from the restaurant with such sweet smile and offered and served everything from the menu plus the buffet breakfast that were really delicious . the cleaning lady that make up our room and provide us with very fresh smell of our beds and new towels every single day of our stay so comfortable that I just want to sleep the whole day😁 and the airport service that they provide is really nice and helpful..definitely I am going to make this hotel my home in Hanoi

My second visit to this hotel, and this time around was also flawless. I was “welcomed back” so they obviously pay attention to repeat guests. Thoughtful gift was waiting in the room for me. Price has increased since my last visit but I still think it represents very good value. The staff really set this hotel apart from others, I really liked how the staff member who checks you in also gives you their contact details and they act as concierge throughout your stay. In this case Judy, who helped us multiple times booking tickets to shows and tours, organising transports, dinner reservations etc etc. She was brilliant and definitely deserves a pay rise. Another thanks to Mark, we had a few problems during our stay (completely out of the hotels control and frankly not their problem) but he was very courteous and swift in assisting us and resolving our issue. He is a great staff member. I can highly recommend the couples spa package. Approx 3 hours in total and completely private.
