The staff was incredible, the room was very comfortable and the bed was great and very big. The rooftop bar is a great place to see the sunset. We had some trouble with a tour we booked through Get Your Guide, and the staff was incredible at helping us book another, at 8PM for the next day. Very grateful, specially to Thomas and Kai. The breakfast was delicious too.

I absolutely loved my stay here. Right from the start, Phuong made me feel very well taken care of and made sure I had everything I needed. The hotel is very clean and the room is lovely and comfortable. Facilities were great and everything ran very smoothly! Really recommend this place, I stayed here twice during my time in Hanoi.
