Attention to detail and personalized service. This is a small hotel and Conrad and Franklin and the entire staff team take every measure to ensure guests have an enjoyable stay. The hotel is beautiful and is walkable to so many shops and restaurants. The breakfast is amazing and the rooms are beautiful and huge! They do an amazing turn down service night as well. It really feels like they are taking care of you personally. You almost forget there are other guests at the hotel. I have stayed at lots of lovely hotels over the years but this one steals the show!

Accommodations were very well appointed and welcoming. Breakfast was generous and well sourced. Property was well maintained and quite nicely landscaped. Location was not within walking distance to town, a little more than a mioe with no sidewalks, but on call car and driver made it easy to get in and back.

Beautiful property - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chapter House. The main building was very charming, with a cozy living room to sit by the fireplace and enjoy something nice from the brandy cabinet. The full-service breakfast was also very nice. Staff was very friendly and hospitable. Our room was off of the main building, and was very modern, comfortable, and stylish. If it weren’t, winter, we would have loved to enjoy the dipping pool in our private courtyard. We would love to stay at Chapter House again.

fantastic hotel, Declan was a great host making sure we had everything we needed. Every night they serve drinks in the orangery that is great… Location is great, 5-10 min Easley into the town for lots of restaurants and bars and close by to the Tram terminal So many small touches that make a huge difference -complimentary drinks throughout our stay!! - sunhats/sun cream on the beds ready for guests - bicycles to cycle round I would highly recommend this hotel and will 100% be back again!
