CanadaWe always stay at Lemoenfontein when we travel through the Karoo. This time was with our friends. We all very much enjoyed our stay. Joshua's smile at arrival is always a welcome sight! After a long drive, it was nice to stretch our legs in the several paths behind the house. We were also lucky to spend some upclose time with the resident giraffes around the pool! Beautiful! We had dinner at the farmhouse, which was delicious! It is a little bit outside Beaufort West, but that's what we were looking for and it is worth the short drive!

Absolutely fantastic.

There are 7 chalets and are spaced well apart for maximum privacy. The chalets overlook a small water hole and there are game species and giraffe roaming the property. There is opportunity to drive to the Stables accommodation and also to walk around. The accommodation is a 5 min drive from the Karoo National Park.
