best of everything! I come to jhb at least 5 times a year for work and refuse to stay anywhere else. every single staff member, every time, is extremely friendly and helpful and professional. the location is perfect. the rooms are spacious and comfortable with the lovely smells distinctive to the hotel. and it’s such great value for money.

Everything was perfect - The staff is AMAZING, the hotel is absolutely stunning, rooms are clean and comfortable. Food (breakfast and dinner) is really good with a vast variety. There's a direct access to Rosebank Mall which makes it perfect if you're only there for a few days.
