We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Everything was absolutely delightful. The staff was incredibly friendly, and we really appreciated their hospitality. The hotel itself is stunning, even more beautiful than in the photos. We will definitely return and highly recommend this place to everyone.

Everything, the room was huge compared to the online photos it doesn't give it justice, it was very cozy room was extra comfortable and quiet, the attention to details goes along way as we were met with a warm welcome on arrival, staff are quiet professional and top notch service. Wished we could have stayed more. The resturants on-site had good food options as well which was great!

Service was so lovely and welcoming even after a break of 2 years! Special call out to Ethan and Quiet who are truly fabulous- discreet, professional but wonderfully warm and friendly with a lovely sense of humour. Beda are magnificently comfortable and the hotel is a real sanctuary tucked in a quiet corner of the spectacular area of Constantia. Spa equally superb. Wonderful service but make sure you book in advance; it gets busy!

Wow this hotel and its staff are amazing. The grounds are suburb. The food is exceptional and cooked fresh to order. You are always make to feel welcome by every member of staff. We introduced ourself on arrival and the staff remembered our names the whole time of our stay. A big thank you to Jacob, Peter and Brian for making our stay even more memorable. The maintenance and garden team do a fantastic job of keeping the garden looking beautiful. I would highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return.

We stayed for just one night, but it was the perfect start to our honeymoon. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and the shower amazing! If you can, dinner at La Colombe is a must.

We received a very warm and friendly welcome. Check-in was very fast, and the room was very comfortable. The WiFi was excellent. I had an 8 hour ZOOM meeting, and the Internet did not drop once. Impressive. Breakfast was also very good and we were well looked after by Ashley and Tobias. The manager, Lisa, was there when we checked out and again a very warm greeting and farewell. We'll definitely stay here again.
