Fabulous place. Here are Elwira and Marco. When we got there we saw amazing cabins in a wonderful garden. This is a really magic place to stay. Garden with beautiful flowers, medicine herbs and trees. We saw howler monkeys, white faced capuchin monkeys, toucans, green and black poisonous dart frog, butterflys, sloths. Nearby there was a beautiful beach. The Host of this great place, Fernando was very friendly, helpful. He has a great knowledge of nature of this place and all Costa Rica. During our stay Fernando made a chocolate day. He showed us all process of making chocolate, from the roasting cacao beans to the making chocolate bars. It was wonderful experience. Beautiful clean room with hot shower. Friendly welcoming staff. Gorgeous pool. Jungle vibe with lots of wildlife. Would recommend. My favourite accommodation in Central America.

An exceptionally beautiful lodge. The two hosts, Delphine and Bert, have created a little paradise. Everything is absolutely beautiful - the garden, the pool in the middle of the jungle, the houses.... The hosts are very nice, helpful and funny. It is close to the very pleasant village of Cahuita. Thank you for the wonderful time with you. We would love to come back. ❤️

Very nice bungalow with full Equipment kitchen and big bathroom. Silent place and a nice garden where you can see different kinds of animal in the morning when you have breakfast on the terrace. The owner life there and when you need anything the help you with all. It Was one of the best place in CR where we stay. Chauita is a traditionell place and ypu have nice Restaurants next to the bungalow orjust 15min the walk to the Center. Puerto Viejo is much expensive and to bussy with a lot of people. Good for visit for one day.

Location was great and peaceful .the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. It was easy to communicate with them in English was a big help as non Spanish speaking guests.

The location, in a peaceful garden close to Play Negra was fantastic. The array of birds and wildlife in a relatively small area was staggering. There are just a few apartments spread out amongst the grounds yet we saw over twenty species of birds in a couple of hours including toucans, hummingbirds and Montezuma oropendula. We also saw a mother and baby sloth in the tree above our room, howler monkeys, agouti and frogs! It's an easy walk to the national park and there's lots of restaurants within walking distance. The food truck close by was particularly tasty. There's also a large new looking supermarket nearby. The accommodation itself was great value for money. Having the outside sitting area meant we could still enjoy the wildlife when it was raining. We had a kettle, coffee maker and a small fridge as well as basic eating utensils, so it was perfect for preparing simple cold meals. The accommodation was very clean and smelt fresh which can be hard to maintain in the humid environment. The provision of a hammock and drying rack was appreciated. We also noticed they were doing some little renovations and taking steps to keep the place nice. Communication was warm and easy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place. Overall Cahuita was fantastic.

Welcomed by staff kindly, had our room ready for us before check in time which was fantastic! great little studio size space, with a private area enclosed by plants and wildlife. all very clean and tidy, with great facilities.

Such a beautiful spot! Sadly we were only there for one night, passing through, but it was really lovely. Big room, comfy beds with mosquito nets, good shower. You really feel like you're in the jungle. I saw two toucans in the morning, which was a definite bucket list animal for me. Really near the playa negra which is a beautiful beach. It's a little walk from the town - but we were transferred each way. Would definitely return!!
