Sig. Armando is the perfect host, very knowledgeable and super friendly - trust him when he recommends a restaurant or a walk or how to get up Mount Etna. Our room and adjacent bathroom were very comfortable and clean, with proper heating - nice touch because it does get chilly at night on Mount Etna. Both well equipped. The house has a terrace facing the sea (amazing sunrise) and from the main entrance you can see the summit of Etna. Perfect location for hiking holiday and beach. There is also a shared kitchen. Parking is available off-street (it's a private road, there is plenty and it's safe). Walking distance from the town centre - beware it's hilly. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at these lodges. They are spotless, beautifully maintained, and offer a great sense of privacy. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. It’s an ideal choice if you have a rental car, as it’s easy to explore the surrounding area at your own pace. Overall, a perfect stay that I can wholeheartedly recommend without hesitation. 👍🏼

Lovely location at the foot of the Aetna (pity the weather only partly allow for views). Very calm location - relaxing after two days in bustling Catania. We could sleep with the window open, to enjoy the fresh air.
