Very attentive hosts and great facilities, everything one could ask for, for a comfortable stay, in our case a family with 3 kids who loved the place. My kid also left behind some sunglasses and the host was very kind to post it to our next hotel free of charge even, exceptional level of service. Highly recommend. Also convenient drive to Fuji Q for when we stayed there.

The location was a bit far off from the main sightseeing area, but it makes for a fantastic glamping experience. Both breakfast & dinner were excellent, with the experience to make our own meals + even roast our own coffee beans! Such a good find. Away from the hustle of kawaguchiko with amazing surroundings ti a rustic style lodge. We walked to the caves and observatory and green line bus picks up outside the restaurant.
